Evidence-based psychological support for adults, adolescents, and parents delivered online, across Australia.

THE PRACTICE

Sandstone Psychology is a telehealth-based clinical psychology practice offering flexible, evidence-based therapy from wherever you are.

Online therapy provides the same clinical experience, therapeutic approaches, quality of care, and meaningful outcomes as face-to-face sessions. Research consistently supports telehealth as equally effective as in-person treatment, making it a genuine option for people who want high-quality support without the barriers of geography, travel, or time. The practice works with adults and adolescents across a broad range of mental health concerns, with particular experience in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, and parenting support.
