Sessions are conducted via a secure video platform, no software download is required. You will receive a link ahead of your appointment. Sessions run for 50 minutes and follow the same structure as face-to-face therapy, using the same evidence-based approaches and therapeutic techniques.

No referral is required to book. Clients are welcome to self-refer and attend privately. To access Medicare rebates under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative, you need a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist before your first session. Your GP can arrange this.

Fees are set in line with the APS recommended schedule of fees. Medicare rebates are currently $145.25 per session for eligible clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please contact the practice for current fee information.

Submit a brief expression of interest using the Book a Session form. The team will review it and be in touch within 3–5 business days to confirm whether the practice is a good fit and to arrange your first appointment.

Yes. Research consistently shows that telehealth psychological therapy produces outcomes equivalent to face-to-face treatment across a wide range of presentations. Many clients also find online sessions more convenient and easier to engage with consistently.

Yes. All records and payment information are handled securely in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Privacy and confidentiality will also be discussed with your clinician in your initial appointment.
