  • Sessions are conducted via a secure video platform, no software download is required. You will receive a link ahead of your appointment. Sessions run for 50 minutes and follow the same structure as face-to-face therapy, using the same evidence-based approaches and therapeutic techniques.

  • No referral is required to book. Clients are welcome to self-refer and attend privately. To access Medicare rebates under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative, you need a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist before your first session. Your GP can arrange this.

  • Fees are set in line with the APS recommended schedule of fees. Medicare rebates are currently $145.25 per session for eligible clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Please contact the practice for current fee information.

  • Submit a brief expression of interest using the Book a Session form. The team will review it and be in touch within 3–5 business days to confirm whether the practice is a good fit and to arrange your first appointment.

  • Yes. Research consistently shows that telehealth psychological therapy produces outcomes equivalent to face-to-face treatment across a wide range of presentations. Many clients also find online sessions more convenient and easier to engage with consistently.

  • Yes. All records and payment information are handled securely in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. Privacy and confidentiality will also be discussed with your clinician in your initial appointment.
