Sandstone Psychology is a telehealth-based clinical psychology practice accepting referrals for adults and adolescents across Australia. Referrals are welcome from GPs, psychiatrists, paediatricians, and other treating clinicians.
The practice is currently accepting new referrals.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Our Clinical Psychologist has experience supporting adults and families across a broad range of psychological presentations, from everyday life challenges to more layered, complex concerns.
The practice is particularly well suited to clients experiencing:
Anxiety disorders, panic, chronic stress and burnout
Depression and adjustment difficulties
Adult ADHD and Autism (including late-identified and high-masking presentations)
Emotion regulation difficulties and interpersonal distress
Parenting support, particularly for families with neurodivergent children or those navigating behavioural and emotional challenges
Young people aged 12 and over experiencing anxiety, depression, school-related stress, or interpersonal difficulties
The team regularly works with clients who have found it difficult to engage in therapy in the past, experience high levels of emotional distress, or present with overlapping mental health and neurodevelopmental concerns.
THERAPEUTIC APPROACH
Our clinical psychologist’s work is grounded in evidence-based practice, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and schema-informed approaches delivered in a neuro-affirming and collaborative way.
Treatment focuses on:
Building practical, transferable skills
Strengthening emotional regulation and coping capacity
Supporting insight, self-understanding, and lasting change
