How We Can Help

THERAPY

Sandstone Psychology provides individual therapy for adults and adolescents (aged 12 and over), as well as parenting support sessions for parents and caregivers.

The practice is fully online, which means support is accessible wherever clients are located across Australia, whether that is a major city or a regional area with limited local services.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length. An initial session is focused on understanding the client's history, current difficulties, and goals for therapy. From there, a tailored treatment plan is developed collaboratively, drawing on approaches that best fit the individual's presentation and preferences.

The practice works with a wide range of presentations, including:

  • Anxiety disorders, panic, social anxiety, and chronic stress

  • Depression, low mood, and adjustment difficulties

  • Adult ADHD, including late diagnosis and executive function support

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder, including late-identified and high-masking presentations, emotional regulation difficulties and interpersonal challenges

  • Parenting support, particularly for families with neurodivergent or behaviourally complex children

  • Self-esteem, perfectionism, procrastination, and personal development

  • Young people aged 12 and over experiencing anxiety, depression, school stress, or social difficulties
